  • Canada: 8–15 business days

  • UK & EU: 8–16 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days

  • Other regions: 10–21 business days

Delays may occur due to customs, logistics congestion, or unavoidable shipping disruptions.


3. Tracking

Once shipped:

  • A tracking number is emailed automatically

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to begin showing


4. Delivery Regions

PivotGo ships internationally to most countries. If we cannot deliver to your location, we will contact you before shipping.


5. Customs, Taxes & Duties

Some international destinations may apply:

  • VAT

  • Import duties

  • Handling or customs clearance fees

These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
